Mama Sita’s Palabok Gravy Mix is a savory blend of garlic, shrimp flavor, and spices designed to create the signature golden sauce for Pancit Palabok. USAGE:
Dissolve one pouch of Mama Sita’s Palabok Mix in 2 ½ cups (625ml) of water or unsalted broth and set aside. In a pan, sauté garlic and your choice of minced shrimp or pork, then pour in the dissolved mix and stir constantly over medium heat until the sauce thickens and boils. Pour the hot gravy over cooked rice noodles and garnish with crushed pork cracklings (chicharon), hard-boiled eggs, and green onions.
