USAGE:

Boil 1 kg (2.2 lbs) of beef or goat meat (including tripe and innards if desired) in water until very tender; drain the meat and reserve 2 ½ cups (625ml) of the broth. In a clean pot, combine the cooked meat, reserved broth, and one pouch of Mama Sita’s Papaitan Mix, then add sliced green chilies for extra heat. Bring the mixture to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes to let the flavors meld before serving hot with steamed rice.
