USAGE:

To prepare Pancit Sotanghon Guisado, sauté garlic, onions, and your choice of meat or shrimp, then add sliced vegetables and a seasoned broth (soy sauce and fish sauce). Stir in your pre-soaked and drained noodles, tossing constantly over medium heat until the liquid is fully absorbed and the noodles are translucent and tender.
