Super Q Misua

Super Q Misua is a premium, traditional Chinese-style wheat vermicelli known for its distinct, thread-like thinness and delicate texture. Unlike rice-based noodles, these wheat noodles are slightly salty and opaque, traditionally celebrated as "long-life noodles" in Filipino and Chinese cultures. They are prized for their ability to cook almost instantly while absorbing the rich flavors of savory broths.

USAGE:

To prepare as a soup, sauté garlic, onions, and your choice of protein (like ground pork or sardines), add broth, and bring to a boil. Drop the dry Super Q Misua directly into the boiling liquid and cook for only 1 to 2 minutes; the noodles will soften and slightly thicken the soup, making it silky and flavorful. For stir-fries, quickly parboil the noodles for 60 seconds, drain immediately, and toss with sautéed vegetables and seasonings to prevent them from becoming too soft.
